Police arrested Carlos Zarco, 50, as a suspect in a fatal shooting in an alley between Dallas and Clinton streets in Aurora. "Investigators learned that a group of people were outside in the alley when an argument ensued," police said. "The suspect ran from the scene before our officers arrived." The victim, a man, was 25.
