Cesar Licon Jr., 18, was arrested as a suspect in a weekend homicide in Thornton, police said Tuesday. The victim, 44, was gunned down early Sunday in the 3600-block of East 91st Avenue. Licon was taken into custody Sunday night with the assistance of Commerce City officers after detectives obtained an arrest warrant, police said.
