Two youths, ages 12 and 14, face murder charges in the shooting death of a man who confronted the pair as they allegedly attempted to break into an auto.
The crime occurred in the 4300-block of North Pecos Street on June 30. The pair, along with a third youth, also face charges in a shooting that injured a person - just 15 minutes before the murder - in the vicinity of Park Avenue.
The youths are also considered possible suspects in a killing similar to the Pecos murder in the 15000-block of East Olmstead Drive on June 24, according to reports.
They were captured July 1 in a stolen auto following a police pursuit.
