UPDATE
A small, experimental helicopter crashed Monday in Perry Park in Larkspur.
The pilot, the sole occupant, was seriously injured in the accident in the vicinity of Crow Drive and Cheyenne Drive.
A woman who was walking her dog near the crash site called 911. Debra Agnew told Fox 31: "I saw that (the pilot) was moving."
Larkspur Fire said: "We responded and treated one patient who was flown by AirLife helicopter to a trauma center. There was no fire associated with the crash. The appropriate federal aviation authorities will be responsible for investigating the cause." The crash occurred at about 8 a.m. [Photo: Larkspur Fire]
